Sunday 25th Nov07

-went to church in d morning,made some 'ugly' looking popiah as d skin wont stick..How i wish my grandmama was here to give us some guide=( Should have learn all her recipes be4 she went to the beloved God's side...dats all for sunday.

Mon 26th Nov07

-woke up at 9am,had breakfast and took my bath.Thn decided to make cookies with d recipes frm d book i borrowed frm library..Since lemon wafer looks easy to make,so i i tried it.However, it needed lemon juice and lemon extract..whats lemon extract??since i oni had d juice so put more of it to replace d extract..had to chill d dough for 4hr 1st.so had my lunch,watch tv and took my nap.

-was so lazy to wake up,but had to since i have to start baking or i'll never finish be4 dinner..went to kitchen and i thought of asking my bro to hlp me,but seeing him sleeping on d couch so nicely,made me dont feel lyk waking him up=.=

-so start doing till sis woke up and help me do oso..Hehe=)finished baking at 6pm++ ..but d cookies don't really have the LEMON taste..dunno y le..put 1 whole lemon juice oso no taste.in d recipe oni say put 2tbsp..if put 2tbsp,lagi no taste le rite?!?!?...bro's friend came to play football at the padang near our hse,sambil drop by our hse to waste some time..curi our cookies oni..say 1 more but his 1 more will nvr end..Haha=D nvm le see him eat so funny & it proof that d cookies are nt that bad actually..hehe

Tues 27th Nov07

-plan to make cookies again since bro not going to skool!!!!hehe tiz time wanna make brandy cookies..after taking my bath,went downstairs to start preparing,bt kinda shocking to see my sis oso planning baking cookies..tot she wont do cuz exam coming liao..mana tau she's free..Hehe =) more cookies we do ,more we can eat..so help her prepare d stuffs.

-after she was done,i did my brandy cookies thn..d day be4 i ask daddy whtr we got brandy as i oni noe we have whisky.he said got.. DOM is a type of brandy..i din knoe that.hehe=D so put 2tbsp of DOM in d dough.However,it doesnt seem to have any taste..so we put more until got d smell..ahhh so nice..after bake liao,taste d cookies bt still lyk dont have d DOM taste.so put a little bit more again..hehe dunno how many tbsp we actually put in d.Hehe=P..after that,baked whisky cookie and bicardi lemon cookie..since bro was lazy to use d spoon,so he juz pour d whisky in..wah it actually looks a lot man whn he pour.after tasting d baked cookies,it doesnt seem there's any whisky taste in it.dunno y le..=( whn we smell d dough, d smell of whisky and bicardi is strong,bt whn baked come out d,all the taste&smell hilang,,haiz.....=( thn daddy say cuz d alcohol got evaporated in d oven as its hot inside...what???doesnt dt means dt all d whisky and bicardi that we put in is wasted...haiz...but he said DOM is better than d rest cuz d smell & taste still will be inside if u put a lot..With d last small dough..i pour in some DOM and bicardi again till d dough became a bit damp dt i have to put some flour in again..

-finally d last batch with lotsa DOM in it came out..was hoping dt it would have d taste..so tried it and YAY finally ada taste!!!!!!!!!mission accomplised=D
